No Purpose Rant

I started off this blog as a tongue-in-cheek way of communicating with friends abroad. It also provided me with a way of venting frustrations. It also allowed me to get in touch, if you will, with a more creative side of myself. I do love writing, but often, and this is one of the reasons I have not been updating the blog, I have no way of remaining on the light side of things or there is a complete lack of inspiration.

Bored. Wow... This has been a long time. It almost feels awkward writing something down for the blog. God where do i begin? Last update left me complaining about the economic situation in Greece. That was almost a year ago, and i was yet to escape the clutches of the military. Since then lots have happened. After all it's been more than a year.

The past few days i have been contemplating various ideas on what to write at this blog. I have been receiving email reminders to update it... However, it's not that i have forgotten... it's just that things are really at a standstill these past few days. In a sum i have been detached from my home town and got transfered to a city called Larissa . My experiences thus far have a HUGE range from positive to negative.

It's hard to believe that the last time i updated this thing was back in december. This post is really not well thought out and i have turned off spell checking so spare me you judgment... PFFT every one has become a critic! I only have notes from january... the rest i'll just wing it. It seems that it has served me well so far :)

OH! but my brain is messed up! I have yet to, publicly, congratulate my brother Theo and my sister-in-law Lee-Ann (who probably has the longest hyphenated name ever! Lee-Ann Briere-Gourasas .. yes they actually misspelled our last name hahahahahahaha.)... anyways back to congratulating them for making me an uncle for the second time!  Theo and Lee you guys made Christmas and New Years actually enjoyable for me! Also congrats for finding a way to drag me back to Canada ;) I knew you guys missed me but srsly... Oh... wait... you mean the world does NOT revolve around me? LIES! HI LITTLE NIECE/NEPHEW... EMBRYO! On with the update :D
